Congratulations to epic voyager

We congratulate Jo Winchcombe or her recent success in reaching the Magnetic North Pole whilst taking part in the Polar Race.
Jo, sponsored by Kinnarps, was taking part to raise money for the Jamie G Sporting Trust. The Jamie G Trust provides funds to sports clubs in the local area. These local sports clubs provide a great environment for children to learn new sports, make friends, get active and play competitive games!

Jo's report on her blog: "We eventually reached the MNP at 2.00am. It is 24hrs daylight in the high Arctic now, and there was a beautiful golden glow as we reached the end of our journey.

After a celebratory hug, we put the tent up and cooked supper. It was 18 hours since we had started & we were all shattered."
